SYSTEM MANAGER (PRODUCTION OPERATIONS)

INTRO TASK: Set up safety procedures and routines compliance with local legal requirements. ,Employee training for Safety and Quality Management system ,Responsible for monitoring and improving the business Quality management system, coupled with the resulting process optimization. ,Ensure that the processes required for Quality Management System are introduced, implemented and maintained. ,Ensure the requirement of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization. ,Ensure all employees behavior suit the needs of health and safety and accident prevention. ,Preparation and implementation of the monthly quality meeting. ,Responsible conduct of complaint processing in co-operation with the distribution. EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Technical background as mechanical technician or engineer. EXPERIENCES REQUIREMENT: experienced in production with as supervisor in maintenance or production ,familiar with industrial safety requirements and systems ,familiar with management systems like (ISO 9001. 14001 and / or OHAS). SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: English very good (spoken and written), ability to work in multi cultural surrounding ,Computer Knowledge (MS Tools) Good Leadership Qualities. TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: trainings on safety issues ,accompanying of quality and safety Audits.

AREA SALES MANAGER / MARKETING

INTRO TASK: Responsible for sales of TM Products in defined markets according to the demands and targets of the company:(Rest of the World means):example ME-region incl. Iran, Pakistan, India; later Africa, Australia, New Zealand) ,Identify markets and customer potentials, set up of strategic procedures to expand the current market position with potential clients and actual customers. EXPERIENCES REQUIRED: 5-7 years of experience in sales operations of commodity goods, preferably in export operations ,Successful approach in new markets, strong organizational and interpersonal skills EDUCATION REQUIRED: ,Bachelor or MBA degree in commerce with courses in sales and marketing. ,Basic technical understanding of plastics and film application ,Strategic and operational Sales and Marketing Knowledge
